All along the way, you are given choices, options, proofs and samples.  We will make minor adjustments at no charge to you, and you will be made aware of any changes that could trigger a reasonable additional fee.  You will give final approval, verifying that all information on the tribute and certificate are accurate.

 
Once you have approved your purchase, we guarantee that our product will be delivered to you in excellent condition, or we will have a new shipment sent to you at no charge upon receipt of the damaged product.  We will even pay the return shipping.

As this is a custom product, and you will have every opportunity to approve the work along the way,  unless there is an error on the part of Custom Honors, or your tribute arrives damaged,  all sales are final.
